In March 2007, a couple of weeks before the re-release of 'Steve McQueen,' I asked Sproutnet visitors to submit questions for Martin McAloon, bass legend and founding member of Prefab Sprout.
On the 27th March I caught up with Martin in Newcastle, pointed my video camera in his direction, and asked him the questions. He also had a general chat about some Brian Wilson tracks, and played his 'definitive version' of When Love Breaks Down.
