Love Will Find Someone For You

Compiled by Kev Tinsley and brother john (et al...see below)

                D        F#m7 G                          D
There’s no gentle way to break somebody’s heart

F#m7        Bm7        Em7              A7sus4 A7
To say it’s over; it’s time for us to part

                       D A6                            G Em7
Angel don’t you cry: soon I know you'll see

                       D Bm7                         G Em7
I was wrong for you; it wasn’t meant to be

              D        F#m                         G                 Em7
Love may do the cruelest things, may bruise those angel wings

     D                     A7sus4    A7        D A7sus4
But angel, love will find someone for you

                           D A6               G       Em7
So angel don’t you cry, in a little while

                      D Bm7                           G     Em7
Every tear will dry, you’ll look back and smile

              D        F#m                         G                  Em7
Love may do the cruelest things, may bruise those angel wings

     D                     A7sus4    A7        D    A7sus4
But angel, love will find someone for you

              D        F#m                         G                 Em7
Love may do the cruelest things, may bruise those angel wings

     D                     A7sus4    A7        Bm     G
But angel, love will find someone for you

           D                     A7sus4    A7       G   D   G   D
Ah yes, angel, love will find someone for you.

Note from Kev: It's an approximation because I suspect it was written on the piano, and guitar and piano can't quite match each other due to their respective limitations.

N.B. The two Ds in the first two lines should have an F# bass, the G on 'soon I know you'll see' should have B bass; the F#m7 should really be an A6 with a C# bass. The guitar chords above are a compromise, and it really sounds best on piano.

Jaime gave me the first two lines, Trist a corrected chord for line 2. I then tabbed the rest of the song. Then Brother John tidied that up with some corrections. Team effort.
